My Story
Hi, I’m Stefanie — personal trainer, wellness coach, and someone who knows firsthand how easy it is to lose yourself in the hustle of everyday life.

I began my career in fitness in 2006 as a certified group trainer, later becoming a personal trainer in 2010. Over the years, I worked in gyms and recreation centres, designing programs that helped people feel strong, capable, and confident in their bodies. My path has taken me through many training styles — from bodybuilding and powerlifting (with three competitions under my belt) to CrossFit, which I began exploring in 2021.

But here’s what experience taught me: movement alone isn’t the full picture.

After nearly two decades of 40+ hour work weeks, high-intensity training, and pushing through burnout more times than I care to admit, I reached a turning point.
​
My life was full — but not fulfilling.
​
Over the past two years, I’ve made a conscious shift. I slowed down. I began prioritizing stillness, recovery, and nervous system health. I built daily rituals rooted in nature, breathwork, and meditation. I learned how to rest without guilt — and how to live with more intention.
​
That shift didn’t just change my life. It fundamentally changed how I coach.
​
Today, my work is rooted in a holistic approach that honours both strength and softness. I work with people who want to feel strong again — physically and mentally — without burning themselves out or disconnecting from their bodies.Together, we build physical resilience, inner clarity, and sustainable practices that support real transformation, from the inside out.

This is more than fitness. It’s about coming home to yourself.
