Foundations: Beginner Barbell
Learn the basics. Build confidence. Get strong.
Interested in strength training but not quite sure where to start?
Foundations is an 8-week beginner program designed to teach you the fundamentals of strength training and functional movement in a supportive, small-group environment.
No previous barbell or strength-training experience is required.
With a maximum of just 4 participants, you'll receive plenty of individual coaching as we slow things down, break movements apart and build your skills from the ground up.
We'll start with bodyweight movements, PVC pipes and light barbells, focusing on proper mechanics and consistency before adding weight or intensity.
